Are you done? Exhausted? Just over it? Ready to spend your days fishing? golfing? playing with your grandkids? Yeah, I get it. I’m Judi Otton with GrowthCast. Obviously it’s been a rough couple of years for everyone, but I am talking to more and more business owners that are ready to exit their businesses. But the thing is if you really want a successful exit, meaning for the maximum value that you could get, at the terms on your terms, you really need to be thinking about this years in advance. Think about it, if you were selling your house, you probably put a fresh coat of paint on it, fix some of those minor repairs, maybe even undertake something major, but a business is much more complicated and the things that you need to do to make the most out of your exit can take a significant amount of time.
