I loved this post about pacing yourself as you build your business. It’s written for start-ups, but it applies to any business. All the points were relevant, but the one that really hit home was on forecasting growth.
The reason it resonated so much is that one of our customers is using GrowthCast to do just that. They are a marketing agency with a full roster of clients and a nice big sales pipeline. They’re not sure they can handle all the new work they could potentially get. Nice problem to have! So they’ve been using GrowthCast to figure out how many people they can hire and when.
For this company (and all of you) we’re adding some additional features to make this type of analysis even easier. We’ll be adding some sales pipeline forecasting features, and would love your input.
